very poor living enviroment

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006
As you aware of my heading I have been living at the above residence for the past 5 years, I have an active two year old.
The living conditions is NOT a healthy one.
The carpet is water soaked and please keep in mind very filty water, which I can't afford to have my daugther walking around in it.
I must take a minute and mention how unprofessional the rental office staff was in getting this matter resolved. I have heard excuses after excuses with no results. YOUR MANAGEMENT STAFF IS NO GOOD.
I can go on and on on how upset I am about the situation but I'll end by saying 'I CAN'T WAIT TO END THIS LEASE'...
I need to have someone other than someone from your rental office come out and see how terrible the living conditions at my apartment. No one would want this for their child/children.
