While the TWO people who clean the apartment complex are nice, there needs to be much more done! There are people who literally live next to the Rental Office who daily throw half eaten food, beer cans, soda cans and trash bags out onto the ground in front of the building. I don't know of any other apartment complex that would stand for that.

Also, there is a bug problem. Probably from neighbors who live like the previously mentioned tenents but still... When I moved in there were fumigations every month or so, just until recently there were no roaches but now... I've seen several not just outside my apartment building but inside! Even in the washer/dryers! This is unacceptable.

Finally, a month or so ago there was a fire in one of the buildings and no one's alarms went off. There wasn't even an extinguisher in the hallway!

This could be a nice enough place if someone would just put some work (money) into it!
