Today I was sitting in my living room with my 9 month old and heard the wooden wall that seperates my balcony from my neighbor's come crashing down. I mean, no one was on the balcony, hers or mine. There's no storm or anything! This is absolutely ridiculous. This is just one of many things wrong with this complex.

Of course, I called the rental office. No answer. And I called Delwin Realty. No answer. The maintenance will be here to fix it as soon as I find someone to help. There is ONE good employee in this entire company.

Unbelievable.
