The new management is great, they are upgrading our community. I have lived here over 20 years, and they transfered me to a brand new apartment. I love my new apartment, new kitchen, new windows, new balcony doors, hardwood floors are great. The management team is really warm and understanding. I am a true resident that is happy and just wanted to give perks to Equity Management,they are doing what they say they will. Their maintenance team also has been here over 15 years and are willing to offer a helping hand.
