well...i have only been in here for aboout a week. the noise is good, the people are almost nonexistant. but i have had other visitors. i cooked dinner last night. before i could take the pans off of the stove to clean them 2 roaches visited. i fixed enough food to share with them but ... didnt really want to. oh yea, u cant control your heat. so the other morning i woke up sweating in ways i did not know were possible. couldnt open my window because there are no screens... how do u like that' my roach friends came over for dinner and i'm afraid that one of my human friends will walk into my house if i get too hot and open a window. i would recommend this place if u are young and want to get ur feet off the ground just cause its affordable...not to raise a family or anything serious.
