I would recommend this apartment complex all on what your needs.

This is one of them you get wnat you pay for apartments.

Meaning yeah the rent is cheap with utillies included ranging from $975 to $1045 for a 2 bedroom apartment as of 8/8/08.

You very close to the bus and subway lines on the metro (green and orange line) and you are 3-4 mins from 295 .

You in walking distance of a CVS, 7-eleven, mcdonalds, IHOP that you should never go to and other places.

This place sound real good so far doesn't it' But the catch with the cheap rent is you only got one or 2 AC window units and raditor heats so you cant controll your own heat.

The spacing if pretty small roughly the biggest 2 bedroom apartment size is 710 sq feet for me personally is small.

A one bedroom range from $785 to $865 but the biggest size is 550 sq ft ( thats a size of a studio).

The inside look like it been repainted over several times.

The appears wasn't bad but it wasn't great.

They have a pool, the parking is ok and the staff is friendly and helpful.

It always some time of special going on about free first month and $500 off first month.

But I ending up chosing a different apartment and ending up paying more $200 more to get what I wanted lol.

one more note They accept cats and ask a $150 desopit for them and $20 per month for pet rent

I don't know what type of person wrote this comment but they must be hispanic. These apt are horrible it is infested with mice, roaches and ---------.. I lived there and you couldn't live your food on the counters or stove for a minute without roaches invading your food. I had to call the rental alot about the mice problem and all they did was send the maintenace over with sticky traps. One night I come home and seen that a mice nibble his own leg off just to get off the sticky trap how nasty is that. There are hispanic everywhere they just took over hanging out the windows, spray painting the surrounging store and stop sign what ever they get their hands on . DON'T DO IT RIVERDALE/BLADENSBURG IS NOT THE PLACE TO BE......
