This isn't a place that any decent person would want to live. You would only be happy here is you are a criminal...and some of the tenants are. The office staff is unprofessional, very rude, and ignorant. The maintenance crew is very understaffed and overworked. The management company (Sawyer Realty Holdings) doesn't invent any funds into the upkeep of the property. Their concern is collecting rent and that is all. And they will try to falsely attempt evict the few good tenants. When they know they can't legally evict them, they use tactics of harassment and intimidation to get them to move. Tenants are being attacked within the building and in the parking lot. Men are drinking on the grounds and parking lots night and day and openly urinating anywhere they want. There are mice and roaches everywhere and the staff will do nothing about it until the city/code enforcement officer threatens them with fines. The children are out of control and management does nothing about it. The noise levels are unbelievable and again, management does nothing. The police are always there for one reason or another and the fire department has even put out their own notice to the tenants due to all the false fire alarms. You usually can?t put your trash in the trash chute because it would be full of trash that had already backed up past your floor. And if you left it on the trash room floor, management would threaten you with fines. Even though there is much more to say, I am going to stop because the above should be more than enough to save someone else from making the mistake I did by ever moving there.
