I VISITED A FRIEND THERE FOR THE FIRST TIME LAST NIGHT.
IT LOOKS LIKE A LOW-INCOME HOUSING PROJECT.
THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING STINKS (MILDEW) AND THE INSIDE IS NO BETTER.
I FELT BAD FOR THE TENANTS...THE COMMON TRASH CANS WERE OVERFLOWING.
IT IS "BLATANTLY" OBVIOUS THAT THE REALTOR DOESN'T CARE MUCH AT ALL FOR THE RESIDENTS.
IT'S REALLY SAD!
(IT DOESN'T LOOK SAFE AT ALL IN THOSE HALLS & ELEVATORS.)
