My husband and our roommate just moved out of Park Tanglewood YESTERDAY!! While moving our belongings out of the apartments, we decided that was wouldn't leave the apartment without vaccumming and cleaning the apartment. While cleaning out the closest, what do I find!!!!! 6-8 MICE!!!!! They were sitting in a piles of papers that they had chewed up and made a bed out of!!!!! Now, if we were nasty people, this wouldn't be an issue but, we had lived there since August of 2006 and we had complained MANY times about MICE AND ROACHES!!!!!! The manager of the complex even came to our apartment and ACTED like he cared. However, we heard nothing else about getting rid of the mice and roaches. The apartment was disgusting. . .Then, at around 12pm yesterday, we hear a LOUD and DISRPECTFUL knock on the door. It is one of the leasing specialist, Raymond, asking are we moving today. I mean, come on now, if I put in my 60 day notice why are you coming to my apartment before my 60 days is up'' And then for you to come to the door knocking like a mad man!!!

I recommend this apartment complex to NO ONE!! Not even my worse enemy!!!! It was ridiculous!!! The majority of the people living int he complex are hispanic and do not speak very much English so, they tell them what they want to hear. I can not believe they are running a business like this. I will be calling all the local new stations and the Public Health Dept.!!!!

Oh, and my car and my roommates cars were broken into and there was a drive by a few weeks ago in the front of the complex!!!!

I was this weed smoker neighbor whom police came over couple times and found weed on them so common ----- use your brain a navy worker and with a bad image stop the nonsense racist -----. Call who ever you want I'm a hispanic and I do speak English and they don't do what you wrote and we are not ingnorants crack head!!!!!!!!!

information provided by leasing management has been totally inaccurate. issues with the police are not uncommon in the park tanglewood apartments. riverdale police officers are hired by managment to harrass tenents and have been know to do illegal searches in this complex. all issues dealing with riverdale police have been reported to loacl authorites and complex management turns a blind eye to tennants request.

This complex is digusting and I am one to have viewed the breaking into of the cars MYSELF. I know raymond and he is fake. This place is making me move as well. I have been here for a little while now and the amount of mice and roaches ARE DIGUSTING. I am on my apartment search now. PLEASE RUN!!!!!
