I being living in Park Tanglewood since 2 years ago.I do not have any of that problem in my unit. Maintenance and office staff are professional. This the best well kept building in Riverdale and WCSmith do care for their tenants you could see the difference from the old management company that did not care for our needs, but this one do care. This the best, comfortable place to live I would recommended to anybody. I love it.

So where did you live at before Park Tanglewood...it must have been hell cuz PT was Purgatory. They had this fat guy monitoring a ghetto lady at the front desk...i really think it may have been a safehouse for some illegal aliens....im glad to be gone

i find it highly unusual for a leasing manager to feel like he had to come on to this public site to defend his property...i thought this was for feedback for future tennants...no a forum to address your lack of service...park tangle wood is not a very good place to live...please be carefull when you are checking this complex out....mice are an issue...and roaches are tennants as well
