Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
They will let anyone move here, as long you can put down a huge deposit. It's roaches infested. The further you move to the back the worst it is. Kids are out all hours of the night making noise. You don't get anything for the money. No dishwasher, carpet and no central a/c. You have alot of --------- that are maintenance men and don't speak english.
