My sentiments exactly. This place is hell. They go to great pains to make sure when you sign the lease that the roaches are on vacation but do nothing to keep them away no matter what you do. There are children in the streets 24 hours a day. The security officers frequently chit chat with the drug dealers for hours on end. Luckily my lease is almost up.
