Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
when i moved in parkview the roaches were on strike. I didnt see not one roach. when I went to move my furniture in all of a sudden i saw them in the hall way coming up the stairs it was so many I was about to ask them to help me with my boxes. I would never recommend living like this to anyone even if it was free. Not only are the roaches off the chain and I had to throw away my furniture but the Bed bugs or dust mites that bite u in the Winter and u think that its mosquitos. NOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT. nasty, just plain nasty.I thought that i was living straight in S.E. for a minute with no grass. the rental office has grass but thats it. Keep on driving and the grass gets lower and lower til u just see DIRT.
