It's bad, don't get me wrong. It's bad, but it ain't THAT bad. My biggest complaints are 1.) The rent keeps going up, and I haven't had a single upgrade in my living conditions, in two years my rent has gone up from 820 to 970. 2.) The horrendously untrained and unhelpful management staff. You're better off just dealing with whatever is going on yourself. In my experience, they just don't care about you or your issues. 3.) Noise, for about the 1st 8 months I was here, there was a particular vehicle with an amazingly loud alarm that seemed to go off constantly, and one set of downstairs neighbors that liked to hang out late. And lastly, the window unit AC unit does an adequate job of cooling the main living area but the rest of the apartment is SOL.

Those issues have been annoying, but they have been relatively rare for me. As a young struggling professional Parkview Gardens was a good choice for me to get my feet under me and move on to something better. I would not recommend it to anyone without a long term plan to move up, but for a year or two it ain't that bad.

yeah, well you need to come to my apt. and hear the big footed Africans above me making extremely LOUD noiseS all times of the day and night...or better yet how about having not to set your alarm clock because without failure the tenants above you get up at 4am and wakes everybody up in my apartment everyday..even on the weekends..its like there don't sleep...and consideration for your neighbors living below you or beside you...hmm...i guess those a**holes above me don't know the meaning of that word...oh and the rental office is even worst...Theresa and David the property management are the absolute WORST...very uncaring and unprofessional...but thats just MY experiences with those LOSERS...I CAN NOT WAIT TO MOVE...I WILL HAVE A BIG CELEBRATION!!!!!
