What a DUMP! I almost rented there. It didn't look too bad on the whiz-by walk through, but once I got in and looked carefully at all the details I found a falling apart mess that hadn't been maintained in decades. I narrowly escaped, leaving just before signing a lease. I would recommend that unless you like living with glaring floescent lights in the kitchen and fans that sound like jet engines, that you do what I did and RUN!
