I LIVED THERE LAST YEAR AND LEFT 2 MONTHS BEFORE MY LEASE ENDED BECAUSE THE ROACHES AND MICE MET YOU AT THE BUILDING DOOR, NOT THE APARTMENT DOOR THE MAINTENANCE IS POORER THAN POOR,THE LOITERING IS TERRIBLE, HOUSING INSPECTORS HAD TO COME TO MY APARTMENT 3 DIFFERENT TIMES IN ORDER FOR ME TO GET MAINTENANCE WORK DONE, SO UNLESS YOU ENJOY LIVING IN A TRIFFLING, ROACH & MICE INFESTED APARTMENT DO NOT MOVE TO PARKVIEW GARDENS.
