Ever woke up with big red bumps that reminds you of mosquitoes but it is not possible in the winter time... BED BUG INFESTATIONS they are in the floors the carpet everywhere. The extermiator come and say I didnt see anything does not even check for other possible issues. SO the red swollen bumps on my baby and other family is our imagination. This is what they will have you to believe. They are trifling and nasty. I moved out took pictures of our sores and went went to court because I broke my lease. I wish his white ass would try and collect on back rent. I will sue the ---- out of his ass for all those bed bug bumps that I have, DR documenation of what they are. As they bit my baby son of 7 months in his eye and it was swollen shut. DO NOT MOVE HERE RUNNNNNN Broke down ass gate fake ass indoor gym ect......Fake ass cops walking around trying to steal. Young people in the parking lot fighting on top of your car. Please I have had enough.

i feel you cause I went through the same thing in my short stay there. I was in the rental office one day trying to request maintenance and another tenant was there complaining about the bed bugs biting her nephew up. Don't give up, fight them because they have a way of getting someone to fake serve you court papers that don't go in your hands but will sue you and they can go directly through your bank account, so you need to contact a lawyer with them Dr's forms honey if you know what I know. Just trying to offer a little help, but I know they charged me $1830 to move in (that's 2 months rent for security deposit) I moved out 2 months before my lease was up & they took my whole security deposit ($1830) total in all was $3600 directly from my bank account so if you have a bank account don't leave your money there because Parkview bought my info from someone and I couln't touch my account until they (Parkview) finished taking what they wanted to take which was $3600. Just a helpful tip.Their lawyer don't return calls and try to avoid you when you call them so that they can hit your account sooooooo be careful with your bank account that's once you've received any court papers, or they will call your job like they did mine and pretend like it's something with your child in school, or they will fake like they are a bank trying to offer you a loan or something so pleeease don't fall for it because they are sneaky as hell that's all they want is your money they don't care about the thousands of roaches or mice that you have to shack up with like they're a part of your family.

Thanks so much the apartment was in my husbands name. So far they have not contacted us as the infomation that I gave them far as paystubs was made up. I know what type of scamns they run. The only thing they could do is put a judgement on his credit. This man owns alot of these complexes and all of them are ----ed up Colonial Village, Riverdale village, Parkview gardens, and there are a couple more down on riverdale rd. They are all owned by the same people and all of them have a whole lot of spanish and ------- which contribute to alot of the problems (no Offense) but there home making habits are not the best. But any way thanks for the info I have a house now for half of the rent i was paying there and we are all cool.

I must agree. As a current reside, the bedbugs are the worse. We cannot move, but plan to within a year. All you can do is vacuum constantly the carpets, wash the linens frequently and I found some bedbug spray at Lowe's that smells horrible, but works for awhile. Other than that issue and the roaches, it's not bad for a port in a storm. DONOT however move into Colonial Village--we stayed there a while. They have mice galore and actual Cockroaches. I had never seen an actual cockroach or bedbug until I moved into these to residences.

Well unfortunately im still here, I gave ratings last july when I moved here, but because I have this ----ed up ass apartment in someone else name Im dealing with this ---- man=== let me tell you the mice were so bad in here we started giving them names STEWART is on of them one night I was awaken by a noise and the damn mouse was climbing up the cord to the air condition, bed bugs omg my daughter was a tenant as well and her apt was so infested with bed bugs until she had to skip her lease and they suing her for 2500 dollars for skipping she left everything, and upon them putting her out the spanish folks were acting like scavangers taking all that infested ---- to their apartments just triflin I cant stand mendick azz, and he dont like us Ms Hazel is beautiful inside and out stay away from maple ridge, colonial villiage, fletcher field, kings square, park view etc we making this man rich and he doesnt give a ---- about us them whats funny is they always trying to beautify the outside and we living in a zoo on the inside ---- you mendick and the boat you came in on.

I absolutely agree!!! Please do not move to these apartments. They are so nasty! I also had bed bug infestation and broke my lease. That is some trifling ----. I'm a very clean person and have NEVER in my life experienced anything like that. Waking up with big bed bumps everywhere, cant sleep at night (OMG I'm itching). I got the hell up out of there. I left all that infested stuff right in that apartment, spanish people can have it, matresses and all. I contacted the rental office several times, they sent a fake ass exterminator out that didnt even leave a note. Then he told the rental office that there was no signs of bed bugs?! I told the rental office to sleep in there for a night! Mendick is RUDE! I cant stand him. I hope they shut that whole neighborhood down. I wish they would sue me!!! Ms. Hazel is a sweet heart and the only person that helped. By the way, I also had mice. How can someone live like that. Pay there rent $1000 to live with creatures. Please do not resign your lease if you are already there. Move somewhere else. Riverdale Village also have bed bugs. Friend lived around there and went through the same thing. NASTY!
