Well for the price that you pay for these apartments it is pretty good. The neighborhood is not super safe but it is much safer than the other neighborhoods where you can get an apartment this cheap. I can't say much about maintenance because I have never called them but I do see the maintenance workers around the building often. The office staff is very nice and helpful however since there is only one person working in the office sometimes it is closed during business hours. Everyone that lives here gets 2 parking spots and no visitor parking. Sometimes if you come home after 11 it can be hard to find a spot and there were a couple of occasions that there were NO spots and I got a ticket for parking on the street. The major problems that I have are with people who live here. It can be very noisy and people let their kids run through the hallway running and playing. There are also many kids and teens that hang around in the lobby downstairs and in front of the building. Their behavior and swearing is very bad so be aware of that if you have kids. People around us often cook food that smells like fish and our whole apartment will smell for hours because of it. We also have roaches which is not surprising since there are many people living in some of these apartments and some of them are not so clean. The aparment size itself is very big and spacious. PMI, the rental company is very understanding if you are late on your rent and you explain it to them, they will give you ample time to catch up before putting a notice on your door. They just installed new washers and dryers in the laundry rooms you just have to keep an eye on your clothes while you are washing them. Overall I can't say much since they are so cheap, my major problems are the noise and the roaches, oh and they do have to turn the water off a lot, I am not sure if that is the town or the complex. It depends on what is important to someone, if you can't afford anything more than I would recommend here because it is alot nicer than other areas that are this cheap. If you can't stand noise or roaches then I wouldn't recommend it.
