Tammy is the greatest ever! She's the glue that keeps it all together; curteous, real, friendly, enforcing, etc.

The grounds, are the grounds. In life, I've learned: sometimes, you get what you pay for.

The rent & ammenaties were cute...1BR; 700 sq ft; all util included. However, in the summer don't plan on being too cool. The air conditioning works, but you can only feel it if you're sitting still or moving at -3 mph through the unit. You'll have better luck putting a pair of panties if the feezer & getting a chill like none other.

The winter has to offer occassional roaches & mice looking for a warm place to call home. Beware.

Diversity at it's best: Sunday mornings is a real treat. The smells of at least 7 countries cooking their native sunday dinners is a bit overwhelming for the nostrils.

The maintenance: Treat Mr. Washington good & he'll do the same. Regardless of his job duties. Nice guy, but if he happens to slip & not repair that hole in your ceiling after 6 months of reporting & you just so happen report it to the head office; he just may show up before work hours, open your apartment door & yell at the top of his lungs, making you fall out of the bed & scurry for the nearest weapon.


If you can coax the young understudy with some generation-worthy bribe, before his work habits are poisoned, he may help you out.
