A day after moving in my child started breaking out in big welts. I started seeing bed bugs all over the apartment. Everytime i called i was told to use bed bug spray and put done boric acid which none of this works because the place is INFESTED!!!! I could no longer let my child stay there because everytime she would try she would get eaten alive. I also had a RAT (not a mouse) run across the back of my kitchen counter one morning. Yet..i was told that they could not find any holes anywhere and gave me sticky traps to put down...when a rental office has bed bug sprays, mattress covers, sticky traps on hand right there in the office does that not say that they know that they have a problem''''' This place is way beyond any sprays it is INFESTED and no amount of sprays are going to help.
