Okay where do I begin...I'll start with the positive

I had a great relationship with office management (only two people)They were nice and always professional. I lived in the very last apartment in the complex so it was generally quiet, very little loitering and more times than less I had good parking.

On the other hand the apartment had some serious issues with roaches since the day I moved in. We had the exterminator come out every month practically and the roaches just laughed at us. We could never seem to get rid of them completely which was a major problem for me. If you didn't live in the back then it was a nightmare. Often times cars would be double parked and parking was very tight. I would often times drive in the see tenants walking across the street to find parking near the Rite Aid. There seem to be a lot of folks hanging in the front of the apartments towards the front as well. All though the office staff were nice as could be they were in my opinion overwhelmed. There were only two women working the rental office and they took turns working the other rental property across the street (Chesnut Ridge).Overall I believe if they could get a handle on the roach issue it would be a nice place to live.
