Rumors are that there are worse apartments than this. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/30/2002 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000   The best part about living here was that I got to leave. It is loud, not enough parking, way too much crime and a useless office staff. The roach problem is out of control. We had the pest control guy come evey other week and could never get rid of them. The roaches eat that poison like its candy. Nice summer days are spoiled by broken air conditioning and the smell of marijuana. It is not uncommon to see used condoms and crack viles in the parking lot. I guess it could have been worse, my ceiling only caved in once and I only witness one major felony.
