I recently moved out last week and im so happy i did. I lived in that apartment from mar 1, 2008-feb 20 2009. It was my first apartment and it looked nice, but my first night there i saw about 10 roaches. The exterminator came out every week for the first month but never again. I bought some roach killing things but it didn't work, they kept coming out. The management is nice but sometimes they don't call you back or they forget to call you if you leave a message. They lock the laudry room sometimes so you end up walking from building to building looking for a open laundry room. If your not home by 7:30pm good luck on finding any parking space, you'll end up parking all the way at the top. The matianence people take a while to come fix things or you have to call again. The roaches infestiation is the BIGGEST problem though. They get into everything and i just hope none is in any of my bags or furniture. Also, the AC is not central, i was in a duplex so the downstairs was cold but upstairs was burning up, heating is control y the management so during the winter months i had to leave my windows opened because it was so hot. DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!! I WISHED I LOOKED AT THE REVIEWS BEFORE MOVING THERE.
