I am living in Avalon at decoverly in 15307 apt G. I really enjoyed my stay here. I have faced no problems until now. The management staff is very friendly and ready to help you out. The area is beautiful with trees around and a small pond. Its close to grocery store and also to 270. The only problem I could imagine is the location of the trash dumpster but since its very near to my apt. I didn't have to face this problem.
