I moved into Decoverly during the end of Dec 2002. We got two months FREE upon signing the lease. That sealed the deal right there. The leasing agent was pretty cool (Bill) and he also had a big influence in my choosing the place. It?s simular to a lot of other places in the area. We have a great 2 bedroom on the first floor with a sweet view of a field/tree. I am sure it won?t last forever with everything being paved over now a days, but it?s great having a deck that doesn?t look into another building or the parking lot.


Couple of comment:


Staff is great and responds quickly to requests so far.


Parking can be a hassle late at night, but you can always find a spot somewhere (maybe a bit of a hike).


Grounds are kept in EXCELLENT shape.


There is very little noise, some from the stairwell but it?s not constant.


The second bedroom needs a bit more insulation cause it?s about 5-7 degree off the rest of the apartment depending on the season.


The fixtures are cheap but functional (it?s an apartment what can you expect).


Another review comments about the car on blocks. This is right near me and the complex did address this with a letter and asking residents to keep an eye out. I have a motorcyle in the lot along with a couple others and they have never been stolen or tampered with (knock on wood). I don?t think they can do much about crime like this short of being a gated community and then it?s a hassle with visitors ect. I have lived in probaly 4-5 different complexes over my years and this is the best (and most expensive too).
