There are reason we have enjoyed this place. If you are facing the trees, you tend to have more privacy. We've had better luck with maintenace. Since some recent turnover, maintenance has arrived the same or following day each time. The place is great if you have dogs and the management recently put dog poop stations all over the community and have recently been consistent in making sure that have bags in them.

The rent is way to high for what you get. That is the main reason we are leaving. If you don't like a lot of little kids running around making noise, the place is not for you. There is some uncomfortable activity late at night aroung midnight or so with older teens or young adults hanging around cars playing music loudly. I've also run into guys drinking, smoking and doing some kind of drugs while in the clubhouse around 10pm. The door to the clubhouse is easily yanked open. I informed mgmt of this at least four times telling them this imposed a security risk as people were sneaking in the gym to drink/smoke. I wouldn't use the gym without me boyfriend with me anytime after 9pm.

Crime has increased from break-ins, car vandalism, single report of a gunshot in the parking lot and a recent assault on a male maintanance worker by teenagers who do not live in the community. Granted, relative to the number of tenants, these events are fewer in number. But as a female and tenant, I was, nevertheless, concerned.

Management had changed prior to my leaving so I don't know what changes have been made but the prior mgmt staff (meaning the manager and asst. manager) were rude and condescending.
