I have lived here for a little over 1 year and I have seen this place go up and down. Right now, it seems like it is moving in the right direction, but there is so much room for improvement. Take the dumpster for example. I complained for a year about the dumpster and finally they fixed it and now it looks good. They do seem to want to listen and I just got a survey on my door asking for my opinion. I think that as my lease expires, I will probably renew. It is cheaper and nicer than other similar places and I like the quiet location. As long as they keep wanted to improve I can't see any reason not to recommend.
