I moved here in May and began by paying way too much. But after talking to the staff I was able to switch apts, and now am only paying 500 a month. The apt. is 1300 sq. feet and I think it is a really good deal. The are some annoying things like the trash location and the free weights being stolen, but the location is sweet. Right by the "Rio" which has restaurants, a boardwalk, young people hang out at there. I think the management trys very hard, but then again I am straight from college and am used to terrible landlords and apartments. I would suggest living here, but make sure you get a good price.
