I just recently moved into Avalon at Decoverly and I live in the new phase that was just recenlty built. I relocated to this area from far away and searched for a decent apartment for 2 months. After all the searching I did, this is BY FAR the best place I found. I live on the top floor and have not had problems with noise, neighbors or anything like that. I havnt had to use my heat because my apartment doesnt seem to get too cold...even when its really cold outside. I have had a few maintenance requests that were completed the same day i put in the request. My apartment is beautiful, brandnew with a full size (large) washer and dryer. I have not been here long enough to have too many utility bills come in so i am not sure what it will amount to.

The new buildings are great because I realize it is generally populated by young professionals who are working most of the day. I am not home too often so if there are noise issues I wouldnt be the best judge of that, but at night i hear nothing...the only noise i have encountered so far is Early in the morning when the workers who are completing the complex get started.

The neighborhood is secluded, quiet, peaceful and safe. The stairways are very well lit at night. The ammenities are beautiful and I especially love the fitness center. I have not enountered any issues with parking but all of the apartments in that area are not yet completed or rented so when the apartments are filled its possible that parking might be a struggle but I doubt it.

The staff is great. Glen is very responsible and will always get back to you. Tiffany is helpful and Andre is amazing. Very easy to deal with them. They recently hired new staff so I am hoping they can live up to my expectations...

So far I am happy and at peace with my decision to live here...i have barely been here a month so hopefully nothing changes...I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to live in a beautiful, clean, safe quiet area and is committed to keeping it that way...
