Overall it's a decent place. The location is unbeatable, easy access to 370 & 270. I don't think maintenance is capable of fixing a ham-sandwich, let alone a 'luxury' apartment. Beware of that LUXURY word, there is no LUXURY here. Yeah, I have a fireplace, the door won't close properly and maintenance can't fix it properly. The windows aren't sealed correctly, which leads to wasted heat & a.c. I do home improvement for a living, and can't help but notice the cracked baseboards, poor seam in the carpet & noticeable patches to drywall. All these things are pretty standard at low-income apartments, but I expected more out of Avalon. Unless your one of those people that have money to burn, I'd spend it somewhere else. Also, there's alot of kids that tend to play in the parking lot....I'm just waiting for a dent on my car. & when you move in, be sure to have alot of money, the fee's are very steep.

Parkings good during the day, but if you come home anytime past 10:00pm....good luck.
