I have lived in this community for quite a while. I enjoy the convenience and the amenities. I have never had a robbery or break-in and my maintenance requests were always handled well. My only complaint is that I see more low income residents moving in and this is a problem as this is a very pricey neighborhood. I had one problem with some neigbhors below me and had to call the police on them but otherwise, it's been okay. The flooring is a bit of a problem as the units are older now and you can hear yourself walking so I can only imagine what others hear below me. I hate the fact that there are dogs all over the place now.

Wait a minute!!! Excuse me but the statement that you made about low income people was very insulting, ignorant, and not to mention stereotypical! You should refrain from associating neighbor complaints with low income people. The key word to your statement was " I had one problem" which relates to that specific incident, not to every person that is low income! I also have a question, how exactly do you know that the neighbor that you referred to is low income? Have you seen their pay stubs or bank statements?? Or are you just assuming that they are low income, perhaps do to your narrow minded stereotypical ways of thinking? I will soon be a MPDU (moderately priced dwelling unit) or as you put it "low income resident", I am extremely intelligent, civilized and mannerable. Manners and respect dose not have anything to do with being "low income". It makes me angry, because it is ignorant people like you that stereotype people and contribute to the "small minded" and ignorant half of society. You should consider to do some introspection of your views of other people and your overall out look on life! Didn't you mother teach you to not judge a book by its cover?? Lastly, if your so much disappointed with all the assumed "low income" residents moving in, since you are so much better why don't you PURCHASE A CONDO FOR DOUBLE WHAT YOU PAY NOW AND YOU WONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IT!!!

I qualify for the MPDU program. I'm also a doctoral student at a highly regarded local university which means that I'm smarter and have more education than the ignorant jerk who posted negative and stereotypical comments on 5/18/07. However, I'd like to thank that person for their comments. This makes my list of potential rental properties shorter.

How do you know that you are "Smarter" than the so called "Ignorant Jerk" you name. Have you ever met him/her, or know of his/her family or educational backround?? You seem to be very "Small Minded" and part of the quick to judge RACIST movement. You quite obviously have a BIG RACIST CHIP on your shoulder...
