where should I start' LOL

we moved into the new section while they were still being built. i believe we were one of the first 10 tenants to move in a little more than 2 yrs ago. the parking is horriffic, one tenant whom shall remain nameless parked 8 vehicals( various family members visting for weeks on end) in the parking spaces provded there are only 2 people who live there! did i mention they seem to argue at all hours of the day or night. when i went to lodge my own complaint about this the leasing office told me they sympathized and that they have recieved several complaints from numerous tenants on this particular couple. thin walls. i can hear people trumping up and down the breezeways, stairways and over head..
last feb the fire alarm was pulled and when the fire dept showed up they could not get a hold of anyone within the management to turn the damn thing off. it was blaring for 2 hrs and 20 minutes in the middle of the night.
last year when we had that little ice storm/ snow accum. it took them until noon to cut one path through the driving/parking area. i called them at 7 m and was told they were finishing up on their older complex (acroos the street ) and would be over here to clear these spaces "shortly". well 6 hrs later ( at noon) they showed up with one plow that made one 15 minute half-ass run creating a single swath through the parking area. if you had two cars coming from different directions one would have to back out into the street (which is NOT maintained by the county but by the property) when i called them back (at 1 pm) and asked them if they were coming back to finish the job the said they would "get to it" 3 days later it was done.

we resigned our lease because the leasing people are good people.



and the location is excellent.
