I have lived here for almost a year and I am only moving out because of the long commute to work. The area is great and has everything you could want. The staff here is friendly and helpful and it does not take too long to get maintenance requests taken care of. I love the layout of my apartment. I have a loft and it's wonderful and makes the apartment feel so large. Rent is on the expensive side, but because of the area, you shouldn't be surprised. Would highly recommend this place!

Obviously written by someone in the leasing office. This place is not worth the money. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I would comment similar to this for my 7 month stay here so far... I can't agree with the roominess factor as our 2BR kitchen is narrow as can be... but who knows with the loft layout...

I'm moving to Maryland and looking at A@D for possible move in in November. How is the parking situation as we have 2 cars? We're currently in San Diego, CA so have no idea what I'm in for, being so far away...

Parking during the work week is not a problem. We can always park in front of our building (and we have 2 cars). If coming home late on the weekends, you will probably have to park a minute or two away from your building. No big deal because it's a safe area.

I love how, for every positive review, there is a comment to say "obviously written by the leasing office" -- sounds like someone is a bit bitter. I don't think it's written by the leasing office, because I mostly agree - I too have the loft and it's very open and bright. Also parking isn't a problem unless you're lazy and don't want to walk more than 10ft to your door. I've never had to park more than a 30 second walk away.
