Wow, I'm impressed.
With most apartment places, they nickel and dime you when you move out -- they try to take as much out of the deposit as they can. That always irritates the heck out of me, because I clean the place really well before I leave.
Well, I just got back my full deposit **with interest**. I'm really impressed, that's honesty that I didn't expect.
Pros:
- Good location
- Gym and pool is great
- Good price.
Cons:
- You have to mail in the rent
- You have to pay $400 (or something like that) just to move in for "gym amenities", whether or not use the gym. It's mandatory.
