Poor management

I live in this place since over a year. Previous management was responsive, but the present management sucks. They got in unprofessional staf that do not know the rules. You go with any issue and they give the customer support number as they do not have the answer.
The present management is so cheap that they do not even spend a 50c stamp to send you the copy of lease renewal. I had to contact over 7 times to get my lease copy and they do not know where the original is misplaced.
