I moved in to this apartment community recently and have been somewhat disappointed. For "luxury apartments" I was surprised. Virtually no sound proofing (learned my neighbors names through the walls the first night). Construction in newer areas begins very early in the morning around (7am) -bad for those of us who work a late shift).
IN new area, parking already a problem. I have had two service requests and one has been open for the month I have been here - getting the hot water to become hot versus luke warm.
Wish there was a way out of this 14 month lease already.
