best place around here, in my opinion From: nate_tetreault Date posted: 8/31/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Of all the places in this area for rent, you really think this place is bad'! I mean, sure, the parking could use some improvement, but as far as apartments go around this area, this place is the best by far. Some people just complain too much over little things. These are apartments, people... you don't want to hear your neighbors, buy a house in Frederick.
