Avalon at Traville

Our Opinion of Avalon at Traville From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/26/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Avalon at Traville offers beautiful apartments and a quiet area. However, The parking and the staff here are inadequate, Parking is impossible to find after 8 pm and one must park very far. For right now, its ok as the weather is good but this will be a very big problem come winter. Avalon refuses to acknowledge this as their problem and feels it is the owners responsibility to incur tow expenses and battle with the towing company. The staff at Avalon at Traville are not friendly and make you feel as though they are doing you a favor by listening to your needs and complaints (which is part of their job as well as resolving these issues). Plainly put, it seems that even the managers have no problem saying "I can't do anything about it." We wish we had known about this prior to signing the 14 month lease because customer service means a great deal to us and we are disappointed by the attitude here. The amenties and apartment are very very good however the issues mentioned above put a down pour on what could be an awesome community.
