If sometime in the near future you think about moving into Avalon at Traville, choose another place. Where to begin...The management staff is poor and they don't follow through with things they promise to do. You will be bothered everyday with notices at your door about different Avalon rules and policies. The notices threaten different things such as fines, etc. even though Avalon has broken agreements with me on my lease many times. Parking is a disaster and the blame falls on the tenants as they are the ones paying for the towing. We should not have to pay for Avalon's shortcomings and inadequacies. Avalon at Traville will not lift a finger if you are towed. Pretty much if you have no place to park, youre better off parking at the Giant and walking to your apartment. ANYONE whos has been saying good things about this place is obviously management from avalon trying to boost their ratings. You know who you are and unfortunately I cannot use any names in this discussion board. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

Well, you have my e-mail address and I am NOT part of management. They are not allowed to put ratings on here. It is against the law. People complain all the time about towing. I am sick of hearing about it! We have 3 cars, by choice, and only space for 2 of them. It is not Avalon's responsibility to ensure our cars have a safe place to park if we are over the limit for our unit. People are ALWAYS using their garages for storage and then complaining there isn't enough space to park their cars. Residents are parking in the visitor spots, thus removing the ability for actual guest to park there. People think because they are paying to live there EVERYTHING needs to be thrown in as a perk. If you were running a business, would you just allow your customers to take advantage of your services or give away your products? It is a business just like your business or the company you work for.
