The managers provide constant irritation to the residents, besides ugly looks.You are treated like a prison inmate and not a customer.Most people move out before their first year's lease is up.Now everyone has to go to the office to get a permit for guest parking. Hearing flushing toilets from your neighbors is one thing - it doesn't last long - but the heavy construction noise and dust coming from the construction of an office building across the street is a long-time negative.

I don't understand why people are complaining about construction dust when they know the construction is going on when they move in. This is the second review I have read where residents are complaining about construction dust. The community is VERY good about cleaning the outside of the building and our decks. I just feel that you have a choice to live where you wish; construction and all.
