The apartments are just OK. The staff and customer service are bellow average. Beware!!!!!! They will make you pay for the cost of the entire carpet when you move out even if there are a few small stains. Make sure to schedule a walkthrough to resolve any issues right on the spot.

Damn straight! Plus, if you give them a forwarding address they won't even try and contact you to resolve issues, they just send you to collections. DO NOT, I REAPEAT DO NOT LIVE HERE. IT IS A RIP OFF!!!!!

So you all rate this whole community on one instance? That isn't fair either. I know the ratings can go both ways, but this is a community I live in, take pride in, and am very happy to live in.
