I live here and so far everything has been great.
FOr all those whoo are jumpy aboutt he least bit of noise, BUY A HOUSE!
You live in multi-family housing for goodness sake!
Everything in the apartment is nice and I love the lay out.
I would highly recommend this community.
The only down side is if you have more than 2 cars, this is definitely not the place for you.
Other than that, you are in for a treat.
