I really have to agree with another poster. We live in a townhome and it is falling apart. Chunks of our walls are coming off because of settling, the tiles in the bathrooms are coming up, doorknobs are falling off, my shower head is pulled away from the wall, we had MASSIVE beetles at the beginning of the summer because of the HUGE gap at the top, bottom and sides of our door. Best of all, when we called, they didn't do anything and one night I woke up to one crawling on me. We actually had to tape around our front door so nothing else could get in. There are constant notices about how (as a community) we suck because of parking or dog poo or various other things. In the year I have lived here, the parking situation has changed about 5 times. Its ridiculous for what you pay.

GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!! While we were told we have until the 10th to pay rent, its late on the 2nd but you dont get charged until the 10th.We got a note about it saying we were technically late. When you speak to someone, make them sign off on it. Not everyone in the office knows what they are talking about.

I can only hear my neighbors when i'm in my closet or bathroom. I can hear them in THEIR bathroom. They like to shower together, if you get my meaning. We can hear everything that goes on-who needs cinemax'

However, when there was a short in the circuit and our electricity went off about 7 or 8 times in one (HOT AS HECK) weekend, they came to turn it back on several times (we even called at 1 or 2 in the morning). They did show up to turn it back on but didn't figure it until days later that it was a short and just assumed we were using more electricity than normal.

With other maintance things they have come promptly to fix them.

Our guests have always had parking and since we have a garage we don't have to worry about it. The washer and dryer are good size, but there are only 3 of us in the house.

it is usually very quiet aroudn the grounds, besides the children playing in the street. We (and the neighbors) have issues with children ringing the doorbell and running. I'm not sure if its only with our building.

There is a lot of space, and the decks and patios are good size. we won't leave until our lease runs out but will probably seek a new place when it comes time next summer.
