I am ok with the community and have had a decent experience living here,(first place to rent) but there are quiet a few faults. I have lived in a one bedroom with a detached garage and now a three bedroom with a garage. When I was moving from the one bdrm to the TH, I was told I could move in two days early, BUT matience didn't get to clean the apartment until the day right before my lease started! (The previous tenants had been moved out for a month because of the price) The garages are small and not even painted. Some of the staff is ok, about 3 I can think of, a few have been rude, mostly managers. It is annoying the staff does change a lot! It is loud, but that is in most apartments. The problem is the horrible cheap job that was done building the apartments! You don't get what you pay for in overall quality! Things are chipping, falling apart and you can hear water late at night from a neighbor's apartment. It is not insulated well at all, it is often cold, so you end up with huge utilities. I have also had my windows leak and the ceiling leak from the upstairs bathroom. The policies and rules change constantly and it is annoying. When you move out and break a lease they try and charge you for the move in specials!Matience is ok, they do respond fast, but since there are changes in the staff you don't ever know who you might get! They also enter without notice, which kind of creeps me out. People do move in and out a lot, you don't get to know them well. Its annoying to pay for with a credit card, you can only pay with a Mastercard and you are charged with a 73 dollar fee. I would say its an ok place, but cheap quality for what you pay for.

I have never had any issues with my townhome and the paint chipping or anything else for that matter. Of course you can hear your neighbors; it is an apartment community. You are going to get that no matter what. I lived in an older community where the units were made from concrete and very well insulated and yet you could still hear your neighbors. It is going to happen. Although you are certainly entitled to your opinion, I think your overall rating is kind of harsh. You seem to be enjoying living in our community so why would you rate it so low?

When I saw the reveiw written by Anonymous I felt as if I had written it myself. I was amazed at the similarity in our stories...the ceiling leak from the upstairs bathroom into my bathroom walls; loud noise from upstairs and the ajoining gararge; poor insultion resulting in high utilities; ant infestation; concrete under super cheap, thin carpet. Most notable, the creepy maintainence people that come in and out of your apartment unannouced. I felt violated by this because they continued to do it after I asked to be notified first. The management is extremely abrupt and rude and yes... they tried to charge a disgraceful amount of money when I tried to exit my lease six weeks early. I'm still trying to sort out the charges. If you move in you will soon realize that you have wondered into a nightmare. Don't be fooled or lured by the luxury apartment advertisements. Don't do it.

If you break your lease, you have to pay the penalty. Read your leases people. I have to break my lease where I live we will be stuck paying $1200 to get out of it. I knew when I signed the lease because I READ THE AGREEMENT.
