I have to say this is the best community I have lived in for some time. I moved from Huntington at King Farm and let me tell you...Avalon puts them to shame. I will tell you we have run into a couple of minor inconveniences where the office hadn't documented that we paid our rent and sent us a notice, but we promptly took our cancelled check to them and the matter was cleared up. That is the only issue we have EVER had with them. They always keeps the grounds need and tidy, the facilities are always clean and working the way they should be. The pool is now open and it is beautiful. It really is a nice community. Oh, and today, we were given breakfast on our way to work........again. Avalon is always doing little things like this for the community. We have had a couple of maintenance issues, but they provide prompted attention and always leave a note when they have entered our home. It really does feel like a home there. My only complaint is with the neighbors. They have a dog that barks constantly. The only time it bothers us is in the morning when we are woken to the noise. Other than that, I love the community.
