Not Worth The Price

A one bedroom apartment will run you about $1350 to live here, and a larger apartment will go up significantly. The apartments are beautiful inside and are very new (3 years). There are lots of windows and all of the appliances work well. There is nice flooring and paint.
The floors, however, are very thin, along with the walls. I have lived in other apartments, but the amount of noise here is significantly higher than what I have perviously experienced. You can hear your neighbors urinating, walking, talking on the phone, and making very loud noises afterhours in the bedroom. Since the bedrooms are directly on top of each other, I have sometimes had to sleep in the living room to avoid the noise. There is also a very loud piano that can be heard within a few buildings distance.
Parking is a serious issue here. If you live hear the clubhouse/pool and come home after 5:30pm, there is often no space within 3 rows of your building and you have to park in public space.
The gym facilities are nice and you can walk across the street to many restaurants/shopping. You have to walk quite a bit to get your mail and to the trash which is a little annoying.
I have never had any problems with management or maintanence. They have always done a fine job. This is a pretty decent place to live, but I think you can find a less expensive place, or purchase a place of your own for a similar rate.
