What a shame. This could be a great property with a good manager and maintenance. Ki the leasing agent was great! The rest of the office staff really do not care. This includes the manager. Work orders do not get done, parking is the biggest nightmare again because it is not managed. The grounds well they really do not have any the grass is brown year round the bushes are dead. The apartments are very nice inside the construction could have been better. The carpet is very cheap. The dogs big (and I mean big) and small are everywhere. The residents do not clean up after them and the staff does not either. Other than that good manager would make for a nice property.
