They entered my apartment without giving me notice, even after I told them several times that I want to be present EVERY time they come & the lease requires that they notify you at least 24 hrs beforehand.
The Senior Manager....who obviously likes his title...because he'll repeat it over & over..trying to intimidate you....talks to you very consending & rude. I have a continious problem with my air-conditioning, which they cannot find. They came out 10 times & couldn't find the issue. There's a leak, but they can't find it. When I called to get my freon filled in 95 degree heat...he gave me a 5 min lecture on the ozone layer depleating & how they can't keep coming out to fill my air conditioner because it was killing the environment.
I was the first person to move into my Apartment after construction. The walls are cracking as well as some of the tiles. The paint on the side of the stairs is cracking & falling off. The door knobs fall off. The sliding glass door's lock has never worked properly. I've had maintenance out twice to fix it, but it's still broke. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
