I am so sick in tired of people spending so much energy by logging into this site to vent about problems that can easily be resolved.....MOVE OUT! I live here and have never had any of the probelms you folks complain about. I am sorry you had a bad experience, but not every single time will be perfect. The leasing office is very professional and since new management has taken effect, things have gotten ALOT better. This place is one of the nicer places I have lived compared to some of the others in the area.
Rent is high, but go stay at some of the other complexes and you will regret moving out of here.
You're doing a fine job Avalon Traville, keep up the good work!

I'm sorry, but I thought that's what this website was for. To let people know what they're getting into when they move here. Trust me...I am moving. You obviously either work for Avalon or haven't had to deal with the Management numerous times. You're one of the lucky ones. I'm just waiting for my lease to be up.
