EXPENSIVE! And keeos going up!

The units are nice. They are definitely safe. I would caution any prospective resident to do some due dilligence before settling. My finace, a school teacher, loved the security....but simply could not afford to live with the annual rent increase. Also, watch out for the kitchen issues, lots of bad, leaky tiles. Some minor to medium problems with barking dogs at times. However the biggest problem was "maintenance" constantly showing-up unannounced. No privacy in that regard. And the front office constantly hanging meaningless flyers on our door-knob. We came back from several weekend trips only to have flyers on the door alerting others to our absence.
